● Counselling provides a confidential, compassionate space to explore difficulties and foster growth.
● It helps you understand how your thoughts and feelings influence your behaviour and builds healthy coping skills for emotional well-being.
● I’m here as a facilitator of change, offering a safe, non-judgmental environment to help you discover your capacity for growth and change.
● Aim is to empower you with skills & gain clarity about what you want in life; cultivate self-compassion, self-love, and self-acceptance. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or plagued by self-doubt. I support you deeper, more fulfilling connections with yourself and others, and helps you form healthy thought patterns that support growth.
● I don’t believe that one needs to stay in therapy forever because, throughout, the process remains collaborative where you as the expert in your life gain greater awareness and find your own answers.
● There are people who experience relief after the first or second session itself, while some require 6-8 sessions on an average before they experience significant differences. I’m always available if you require therapeutic assistance in the future as well.
● Purpose of Counselling or Therapy is to enable one’s to live healthy, wholesome, and independent life.

I conduct webinars and workshops on various topics in the field of mental health & life skills education that contribute to enhancing emotional wellbeing for all the people of our society.
A. Group session & Lectures:
In order to contribute to the overall well-being of the community and bring mental health issues as well as soft skill trainer to the forefront, through Lectures & frequently meets in both, formal and informal setups to reduce and break the stigma surrounding mental health.
I conduct regular workshops and mentoring trainings on different healing modalities and processes also offer corporate workshops personalized to the needs of the individual.
B. Life Skill Education:
I’m delivering life skill education by integrating emotional, cognitive, and behavioural development into structured learning experiences. They use evidence-based methods to help individuals build adaptive skills for personal and social well-being.

I provide Multiple Training: Career Guidance, leadership training, teambuilding, POSH training, Personality Development Training, De-stressing techniques and soft skills development training for all who strive for growth.
