In general, you are welcome to discuss any issue with the counsellor. People seek counselling for a range of different issues, such as abuse, addictions, anger, anxiety, stress, trauma and violence, assertiveness and confidence, low self esteem, career guidance, depression, eating disorders, fears and phobias, grief and loss, loneliness, parenting, Relationship. Therapy helps you manage your emotions. It helps you cope with changes and transition – points in life, right from helping you figure and chalk out a career – path that works best for you, helping you identify and heal unhealthy relationship patterns, or just better adjust to life in a new setting. Counselling helps you deal with any issue you have as effectively as possible.

I take special care of Client’s confidentiality. The information one share with me, I will not share with anyone without your consent. I’m ethically bound to maintain confidentiality at all times except in situations where there is risk of self-harm, harm to others, or child abuse.

  • Every professional service involves a healthy energy exchange.
  • First consultation: Rs. 999.
  • Subsequent session fees vary by service type; we offer a sliding scale to keep therapy affordable for everyone.
  • Therapy can improve well-being and may positively impact finances and career prospects by reducing anxiety, depression, and barriers to productivity.
  • Even when direct economic benefits aren’t immediate, therapy can produce lasting improvements in quality of life.
  • If you’re considering therapy, focus on overall value, not just price. I’m here to help you achieve your goals through thoughtful, client- centered support.

  • Prioritize and confirm your appointment according to your available time to get the most benefit from therapy.
  • If you cannot attend, please notify at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be offered to someone else.
  • In the case of an occasional emergency, I do not levy any charges for missing an appointment
  • Frequent cancellations/no-shows: we should discuss what’s happening on your end; persistent patterns may incur a 50% cancellation fee if you don’t attend or notify within 24 hours.
  • If online session cannot proceed due to connectivity or factors beyond our control, we will reschedule at no extra charge.

Please make sure that you are on time for your session as there may be another client immediately after yours. The session will end at its designated time in order to ensure that the next client is not kept waiting. If you know ahead of time that you will be late, please give me a heads-up over a call or text, so that I can work out the best possible option for you.

I have an arrangement of the first consultation for this very purpose. The form you fill before we fix your first appointment helps me customize the session as per your individual needs. The first session gives us a chance to explore the scope of work we have before us and for you to decide if you need or want therapy. You are solely responsible for the life you choose for yourself, & I will not be compelling you to walk on any particular path. I will not force you or insist upon you to take further sessions if you do not wish to, because I have utmost respect for your autonomy and decision-making skills. In the first consultation, I will have a detailed discussion with you about the particular issues you wish to resolve and also explain in-depth about the various therapeutic techniques that could help you move closer to achieving your goals.

At an ethical level, No counsellor or therapist can promise or guarantee outcomes. Like other professionals, we don’t know in advance what will help—time, commitment, and ongoing collaboration reveal the value of the work. Therapy begins with your choice to commit to inner work and to actively engage in the process. Therapy works when you choose to do the work. It’s a personal, proactive choice.

 

I understand you may have questions or need support outside my hours. but it’s not possible for me to be available all the time. Just like you devote a certain number of hours in a day to your work, in the same way; I would like you to respect the boundaries in a professional manner. I see multiple clients each day, so I can’t answer calls or texts immediately. Please leave a message or email, and I will respond. My consultation hours are 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM (IST), Monday through Sunday. You may not receive a response outside these times.
